THE FUNDAMENTALS

"The "Fundamentals" module of the LB Facialistes Method is a crucial step to begin your Kobido training. This first module is essential for acquiring the theoretical and practical foundations necessary to master the ancient Japanese massage technique.

In its "Theoretical" section, offered via e-learning, you will learn about the skin’s functions and characteristics; you will also be able to identify the bones of the face, the facial muscles, and use this knowledge as a support during your Kobido massage.

In its "Practical" section, held in person (over 4 days or via e-learning), you will learn the relaxing massage of the LB Facialistes Method (including the face, neck, and décolleté), which is essential for developing the flexibility and dexterity required to progress in the Kobido curriculum and become an expert in this art.

Therefore, this "Fundamentals" module is a key prerequisite to becoming an expert in Kobido.
